1. Course Access and Usage License

Any violation may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.
1.2 Course Duration
Course access will be provided for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase. After the access period expires, students may request an extension (if available), which will be subject to approval by Digihandler Academy and may involve additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Fee Payment
Students must pay the full course fee before getting access to course materials, LMS access, or offline batch confirmation. We accept payment through approved payment gateways available on our website.
2.2 Payment Confirmation
Course access will only be granted after successful payment verification. If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, students should contact their bank first and then inform our support team if required.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digihandler Academy believes in fair policies and supports students wherever possible. Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below:
3.1 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 24 hours of enrollment and before course access is granted.
- Once LMS access is provided or course materials are delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- No cancellation will be allowed once a student has attended live classes or accessed recorded content.
3.2 Refund Policy
- Refund requests will only be reviewed if submitted within the eligible cancellation period.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

- Sharing course credentials

Any abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

Students agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Digihandler Academy, trainers, or staff members. Any intentional harm to the academy’s reputation may result in legal action.
